Yup which is why I feel she'll probably give him something after the divorce as she has been the main provider for housing etc the entire time they've been together for the most part etc.. it's just how things work with this type of situation.

Thats why he wants a revision of the prenup… he was so selfish and unpatient that he realissed he’s not getting the money…

Is that in the prenup?  If yes, then it needs to be negotiated and B can always decline it.  And doesn't that expire after some time?  Britney and her lawyers drafted that contract and so yes, they can renegotiate it and doesn't look like he actually wants anything from her except what the contract allows.  So, if we're going by the terms of the contract, then go by the terms of the contract.  Also, it just feels like he's trying to get as far away from her as possible.

From what we’ve heard about the prenup, it allegedly only mentioned him not having access to money she earned prior to the marriage and that he’d be eligible for $1 million for every two years of marriage. His filing was open ended, it said he wants to look at every option possible for money. It does not say “in accordance with existing prenup”

Correct - there’s no spousal support under the prenup (and let’s face it, why should there be)

Hence why he would need to challenge the prenup to be able to get spousal support
