Her name still appeared in the backdrop, she just didn't sing it.  Until her name is removed from the visuals its just buzz and replacing her with Britney is obviously made up.

Lizzo's name was only removed in the shoutout and switched to Erykah Badu, her name still appeared in the background. No mention of Britney, as reported by CNN  Guess some stans are dreaming again.

This is fake news. 

Beyonce removed Lizzo's name from the song during live performance and was replaced with Badu's name three times. It wasn't because of Lizzo's current ongoing drama but due to the drama between Beyonce and Badu where Badu had shaded Beyonce saying she copied her style. So this was Beyonce way of showing respect, I guess.
