Lmao i work with artist negotiating in another field and an agent would NEVER write things like this in a text message.

If there were prerequisites it would be in a password protected document or Dropbox that was watermarked all over it, with who's copy it was.

I'm a music video director too and I have director friends who write things like that because they feel that speaking directly and telling part of the secret project will make the person accept the offer faster since the person will feel like part of a secret. in fact it is a very used manipulation technique, it's not really something dumb tbh.
