I actually wasn’t mad about this show. I appreciate the choreo was bang on point but I really hate CD vocals in live performances. No Matter how much I have to accept she lip-syncs, original studio vocals will always make it feel cheap for me.

I think this performance is the best non-award show performances that I could proudly show people anytime. The outfit, the dance, the dancers, her hair, makeup, attitude, stage presence was 100% on point.

And I used to noticed that you could hear some of Britney's vocals, but thankfully there was a version with enhanced Britney vocals on youtube.

It may not be perfect, but no one would be able to sing dancing like that.

I loved her ITZ promo performances. The TRL outside performance was good too plus had some live vocals  her live wooos are all I need tbh

The post got deleted. 

It seems everything that takes Britney back to her most successful Eras where she was on Top of the world, gets deleted on her Instagram. 

To me, it seems as if there is a narrative at play on her Instagram where she can only post dancing videos but nothing reminiscent of her dominant period in the music industry.

I consider all criticism of her con performances or work in general to be off limits for this reason, personally. Particularly after Circus. I don’t think it’s fair. She had little to no say in anything and was miserable

I think Britney enjoyed this time in her career because it showcased her artistic freedom on the front burner for the first time in her career. ITZ was a major jump in sound for her. Way more mature and experimental than anything prior which was much more bubblegum pop. Slave was her transition and ITZ was her fully transformed. She performed with such ease around this time, making hard choreo look so simple. The energy really shined but I know she was hurting personally around this time because of the breakup with Justin. Maybe that’s why she wanted something more intimate and easy professionally at that time. She still promoted like crazy but compared to her prior albums it was definitely toned down. I personally loved this era. I remember being in 7th grade and going to Spanish class where everyone was talking about how Britney committed suicide in her new video for Everytime. My Spanish teacher had a fit because it wasn’t appropriate and all I remember her saying was LOCO LOCO!!! Lmao. My generation was NOT sheltered.

totally agree, but at that time I wasn't sure so I thought she just did not understand anymore. who would have said she had no say at all..
