What I meant is Britney as an icon deserved to be managed differently imo. They should have been more selective and associate her to high end luxury brands, which would have elevated her status in the industry. Instead they treated her like a cash cow and sold the Britney brand for cheap clothing brands, **** perfumes on license, cringeworthy meet & greets, etc. They kind of ruined her credibility; everyone says team Con were in crisis mode post-2007 - they didn't solve any crisis nor improved her image, they just brought her back to work and focused on making a **** load of cash in any way they could.
