If the ‘Britney: Piece of Me’ Residency had never happened would had Britney Jean still flopped?

If she had taken more time to promote the album instead, I think it would've had more longevity. But frankly I've always felt that Brit just doesn't care about BJ as much as her other albums, so maybe she would've ended the BJ era after Perfume flopped, regardless. 

Honestly I think the album was kinda doomed from the start though. I mean they put Chillin' With You on the standard edition. That kinda says it all.
