They really didn't though. They focused almost everything on Vegas and the album was like an afterthought. She didn't even perform once. They used an album to promote a show vs. the other way around which is the usual way.

I'd say there is some deviation of 1-2%, but it's correct and still Myah did more than 50% of the album.

Neither should have happened, not just because of the hyper focusing on her Greatest Hits with the residency, the disassociation of her “brand” to the album or the con-ship… but after blackout / circus / femme fatale the next step should have been a lil longer of a break between and a style change up imo biggest misstep … I always thought that if she did the same type of album as Revival in 2015 … never a fan of Vegas … maybe making Femme Fatale a Vegas show after a quick summer tour would have been a better bet with a GH Volume 2 with Work ***** for the show better choice … even if she sang all the songs still not up to par with Britney’s work in total

Greatest Hits are a thing from the past, plus she already tarnished her discography with uninspiring GH albums.
 

I would have preferred a transitioning album from the digital era to the streaming era. She should’ve explored more by releasing stand alone singles or a visual album. Just saying, thanks for your opinion.

Tbh I kinda blame the album underperforming due to how ageist pop is towards women, radio stations barely played work *****. But I will say to help would’ve been either giving perfume the intended video to avoid killing fan hype or having alien as 2nd single. Releasing on a week without stiff competition to at least call it a number 1 album would’ve helped too.

I think that Glory flopped a lot more to be honest 

GivingJeans is more hidden than flop, it's an album that literally doesn't add anything to her career, not even to be HORRIBLE like  Bionic or Lotus

If it hadn't happened her career would have zero impact.

It's just forgetable.

They were I remember hearing the news that work ***** came out it was a big deal, and then literally her XFACTOR seemed to die 3 months later

POM was promoted and one way or another she brought up the new album when she talked about the residency... But tbh I think it POM residency had never happened Britney Jean wouldn't be a thing.

The promo mainly focused on the residency. It was overshadowed by POM. WB didn’t have any performance until POM’s first show, which is almost 4 months after release. The GMA announcement was for POM and that’s just about it.
