I was just thinking about how about Britney and her lawyer come forward and forbid spears family, including  her kids to never publicly or legaly involve or use her name and have restraining orders individually?  Is that legally possible?

I think it is possible. I mentioned this in a separate thread a day or two ago - Sam Lutfi isn't allowed to mention her name (or at least he wasn't while the cship was in place), which is why he always talks in riddles. I think that is due to the restraining order against him. I suppose B could get one against everyone in her family but I don't know what implications that would have on Britney exposing what they did to her.

She's a public figure, so I don't think it's possible unless she somehow got restraining orders or some judge order against the whole family but that wouldn't really stop them because then they would get someone else to smear her, so short answer: no, I don't think so.
