He did help get her to where she was before the family prisoned her and sucked her dry with the other vultures.. I do blame him partly, but truthfully it started at home and I don't believe he has total responsibility for that.

Larry Rudolph was her MANAGER, so I believe he's heavily responsible at least to some extent for e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g that went down because as a manager he was there to supervise everything going on with her career, he had to have had information about every single thing going on behind the scenes. But he's a white man in America, so of course he got away with it.

For those who didn't watch, she said that Larry wanted to control what she wore and where she lived. 

He's got some serious control issues. He wants to control the LIVES of the talent he manages and it always goes really wrong.

I remember reading a rolling stone article about Britney  and the writer says Larry Rudolph would control every detail right down to the color of her nail polish which at the time I laughed it off as dramatization but now I really do believe he would be neurotic enough to do that.

it's sad that even KIDS could see that something wasn't right with how they were treating britney. thank god carly had a good family looking out for her and teaching her what's right and wrong.

To be fair, when Britney blew up with BOMT she was managed by Johnny Wright and Larry Rudolph.  Johnny was an experienced manager who knew what he was doing, Larry was just a former entertainment lawyer.  He only became her sole manager during the ITZ era and at that point she was already an established icon in the industry.  So I genuinely don’t think Britney really needed Larry as her manager, the only thing he did good for her was discover her.  Left to his own devices (Glory era and partly BJ) he failed miserably as a manager.  It was fiasco after fiasco - scrapped videos, BJ album, forcing her into a tour she didn’t want to do, etc.

Imo, Britney looked up to Larry as a father figure early in her career because he discovered her and helped her.  He owed her a duty to protect her and he failed miserably because he got greedy.

He better be cooperating with Rosengart and choosing a plea deal to expose Team Con. 

My worry is that because he was a lawyer before he managed Britney that he's slick enough to get away with it.
