It does make sense. She was brought up since childhood in front of cameras.
She doesn't know who she is off cameras. Especially the whole contrast between this powerful seductive camera Britney vs shy anxious non-camera Britney.

It's like when she was asked in FTR doc that "Do you think your life is weird" and she laughs and says "It's all i have ever known i don't see it as being weird"

People who grow up in front of cameras/media does have this issue. Hope she gets all the help she needs.
