Cute articles dragging team con are being written and published left and right. However, after almost a year of physical evidence being provided and verified of criminal activity from Jamie Spears and Tri Star. There’s still no criminal nor civil prosecution on the table… Lawyer Christopher Melcher has said that the longer it takes to start prosecuting the more difficult will be to hold James or Tri Star accountable because the legal window  is expiring.

It’s going to be hard since so much of what they did was LEGAL because of the insane corrupt court system. 

I’m glad Britney has a legit lawyer who won’t back down easily.

That's all we've been asking for, but the damn conservatorship case can't still be closed because they're still discussing fees and the famous depositions they want from Team Con.

What this indicates is that after they have their declarations that's when they're gonna proceed with any charges. Handling two simultaneous cases doesn't seem like an ideal scenario.

Well duh, they are doing the civil one right now and Rosengart has said repeatedly now it's up to Britney if she wants to press charges.

They obviously need to build up evidence before proceeding with a criminal case. The deposition was a step towards gathering further information to in the future get them caught up in their lies.

If you've been following the case you'd all know no criminal charges have been filed yet, so it's hardly a shocker.

And the deposition outcome is almost irrelevant since James Spears can easily plead the fifth to every single question but his name….

Have you guys asked yourselves why didn’t the DA’d office do anything? It’s a public crime so they would be able to prosecute this

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to law in this country, but I hope the statute of limitations don't come before Rosengart prosecutes them. I do understand he's going after Jamie now...but he has put so MANY delays and it seems he's getting away with it too. I'm scared they will be able to live their lives free as birds with zero consequences to the abuse they inflicted.

Why are you acting like you know everything and the law? You do not. Rosengart knows what he is doing, go back to twitter if you think otherwise.

You are right, I don’t know the law because I’m not a lawyer.. I am only echoing what the lawyers who have been following the case are saying on Twitter.

You are right, I don’t know the law because I’m not a lawyer.. I am only echoing what the lawyers who have been following the case are saying on Twitter.

Because people are left and right blaming Rosengart without any knowledge! All I see is he protecting our girl and winning every court day! People need to stop and think: Does Britney want criminal charges in the moment? Do we know the full picture? Do we know of Rosengart made a call to his friends from FBI to investigate it? We have to be patient because the law is slow. Not only in Britney’s case.

I figured that's a long shot and going to take too long to process.. HOWEVER she does have a rightful lawsuit against all of them and the state of CA for allowing this bull**** mess.. she should be awarded for damages

I think Britney may be on the fence with continuing forward. She may have said she wishes they were in jail, but she seems to say a lot that she doesn’t necessarily mean. Britney is a better person than her family, and I can’t see her wanting the circus that comes with it.

Time is running out and I have this feeling that Britney won't get the payback she's looking for. Everything seems so slow. We still don't have anything from Jamie's deposition and we still have to fight for Robin and Tri star's.

I don't want to feel pesimistic but will see.
