On August 9, 2009, Britney Spears was honored with the Ultimate Choice Award at the Teen Choice Awards 2009, for her "extraordinary contributions to the entertainment industry."

 

She was also nominated for these categories:

• Choice Music: Female Artist (lost to Taylor Swift )
• Choice Music: Single (she was nominated for Circus but lost to The Climb by Miley Cyrus )
• Choice Music: Tour (but she lost to Demi Lovato and David Archuleta )

However, freedom is looking great on Britney and she is looking younger by the day! Maybe at some point she can be honored the right way like she deserves.
