Does anybody know when the Break the Ice music video officially went into production? Because it could’ve been started before even Piece of Me was filmed.

I don't think we have an exact date, only that it was directed by Robert Hales, and that supposedly it was Britney's idea

But wasn't she rehearsing for what was supposed to be a music video right before the conservatorship?

I 100% absolutely agree with everything you said. It would be a genius way to really bridge the gap between her and her fans. She would have a direct ear to what her fans think.
