I could be wrong but what I understand is that Jamie’s lawyer doesn’t want any surprises. They feel entitled to know everything that Rosengart has on them via “discovery”. The judge denied their request to compel Team B to produce what they have in advance of his deposition. 
 

I could be wrong. Not a legal expert. Just my wildest guess reading the document.

This is more than good, it’s great. They are saying Jamie is entitled to request this, but only if he has good reason. And they say he has no good reason. So denied.

Something still tells me someone or something put the fright in Ms. Penny. She would have been happy to do this just 18 months ago.
