It seems like in California, trespassing with a deadly weapon can get you up to 3 years in prison. I think it should be at least 5 years. In New York, it's 7.

I might be too naive, but I want to give Britney’s security the benefit of the doubt. I really doubt they are THAT incompetent…So if they knew he had been circling her property, they might have had a feeling he was going to show up…And maybe that was their intention? They can’t send someone to jail just because he’s hiking close to Britney’s house ( though that’s creepy it’s not criminal), only way to get him was to caught him in a criminal act.

I don’t remember if it was TMZ or DailyMail or e online, but he was definitely at one point going to the wedding (he was a confirmed guest) and there were photos of him and his gf right before the wedding all dressed up…And then they didn’t show up.
