Do we take too many selfies?

I feel like this generation and the generation before it I'm apart of the millennials I'm definitely not gen Z.

But I feel like with social media we post pictures of ourselves so much does that make us conceited or does it make us just confident in ourselves? A lot of the times we post pictures to get approval and likes and comments myself included, and I feel like sometimes that's what we do in the world.

We all look for self gratification sometimes I'm just wondering is it a bad thing to be confident in yourself even if you don't have the perfect body or a six pack?

I take alot of selfies but for myself and my own self esteem.

I dont have social media though, so these photos usually stay on my phone.

 

But I like taking selfies cause it makes me feel good about myself.

I dont see nothing wrong with it and im a Millennial too.
