Did having the **** tape help solidify their reality show for a 2nd season? yes. did it create enough controversy to make her a topic of interest? yes. 

do you think the decade years since was absolutely no work at all?... do you have any idea how it is to work in the entertainment industry and run businesses? I'm not even a fan of them but, it's obvious they work hard and put in a lot of hours. that's like saying britney is only famous because of BOMT. If you think that's a fair statement, then you can say the same about Kim...

I don’t think anyone is saying she doesn’t work at all. But to compare her and Britney is laughable. Eating salads on a tv show doesn’t hold a candle to the amount of work expended on a world tour or residency. They are in two completely different leagues in terms of talent and work.
