ugh I know, this is the first time that I'm starting to notice that... Mathew, don't let me down.....

This. She doesn't need any more legal expenses being dragged out... Literally shifting money from one pocket to another...

We need answers from Jamie now, get them all in the stand... He DOES NOT get to hide in a trailer park and play dumb and let this drag out. Not when he has commited fraud to the tune of millions of DOLLARS.

We don't actually need any more social media comments from Rosengart, we need action and results.

Rosengart has been amazing. He really has, but I am going to need him to do more. It's a lot of back and forth and dragging (which I'm here for) but I need to see some things actually done. So far, Jamie and the conservatorship have still not been held accountable for anything. And then on top of that, Robin and Jamie just keep blowing Rosengart off and ignoring him? Yeah, he needs to do something about that and show them he isn't playing around. I need fireworks and I need those corrupt people held accountable.

its much more complicated than that. The whole system is corrupt, the court was in on it, the judge, the lawyers, psychologists, britney's family, etc.

Dismantling such a system is a VERY risky work that can potentially have you killed, because these people are dangerous and WILL do anything to protect their money and power. At this point, its Britney and Rosengart against the system, and it's never easy fighting the system.

As far as them blowing him off and ignoring him, the best he can do is call them out for it because their testimonials need to be ordered by the court. No lawyer in this world has the power to bring someone to a stand without the judge demanding it as well.

He is doing the absolute best and most efficient he can in a situation like this. At the end of the day, we have no idea of 90% of the things going on in that court and between Britney and her family.

Like i said, things are way more complicated than we know.

I hope they have character witnesses lined up for Parnell.

People throughout 14 years who can testify to the drinking, violence, partying, "blonde on his arm", bullying, uncouth Jamie-ness etc..

Debunk his "loving daddy's perfect beautiful conservatorship" once and for all with a zillion witnesses.

Unbelievable he has the face to still push that line

I'm honestly laughing my *** off reading how some people talk as if they knew what Rosengart should be doing better than him, a former federal prosecutor with a damn impressive career and a killer team, who came in and got Britney free in like 4 months, which is FAST.

And he keeps showing up for her and making it clear he's invested. Jesus, people, it's been only a month since she's been declared free... Don't you think there's a strategy in place? Don't you think they have to be 100% sure of every step they take? Don't you think if a guy like that says he's willing to do something (depose Jaimie, file a motion, etc) it's because he will absolutely do it when the time is right? We all want to see him drag them in court as soon as possible but let's use our brains for a second.

These things take time and there are rules about giving a certain amount of time to the opposing party to respond etc  so one makes an allowance for that.

However it seemed people are being rude to the doubters, which seems unwarranted. Nobody is above suspicion, that was the entire point the conservatorship stayed in place.

Questioning is legitimate, though Rosengart has not given any reason to doubt him.

When Britney first spoke out in July legal commentators were saying it would possibly be years before she managed to get out of the conservatorship. Rosengart managed it in a matter of months. Therefore there needs to be a bit of patience here. Justice is coming and it is far more likely the court award the motion to compel if Jamie has been asked several times already.  For now I still have faith in him to do what was promised. Also I think there is a lot that has been going on in the background we don't know about. It takes time to build lawsuits and 13 years of evidence to compile.

Sis, that twitter user is actually a lawyer who’s been working with Christopher Melcher:jackk_alien:

I believe that user is a student or fresh out of law school. I may be wrong but in any case I very much doubt they especialise in conservatorships, or in estate litigation (or whatever it's called).

Love that account and they do really amazing work, but it looks like they're so anxious about having new developments in the case they're getting a little carried away, which is normal, but then we have a bunch of people acting as if they knew the case better than Rosengart and that's a little...ridiculous

Rosengart only played his part. He played it well though. The public pressure, fans and Britney did it.
