She needs to sue the State of California for false imprisonment.  And she needs to sue them for a LOT.  They denied her her right to her own counsel for 13 years.  Funny how when she finally is granted that right, within a couple months Jamie is removed and termination is on the calendar.  Had she been able to hire her own counsel in 2008…would any of this even have happened?  Much less for 13 years!?  She needs to sue them 100 THOUSAND percent for what they allowed to happen to her.  Anyone with a brain knows she wasn’t incapacitated…all the proof is there to prove she wasn’t.

In addition, she needs to sue her family for everything they’ve used her money for since the inception of the conservatorship.  She needs to get ALL of that back.  Jamie, Wallet, Montgomery, Trawick…they should all be sued in the amount of every dollar they were paid to act as conservators.  She should tack on even more for emotional suffering.  James needs to be sued in the amount of every dollar he made in regards to Britney’s career

She needs to sue EVERY lawyer (except Rosengart) that has been involved and get every dollar that was paid to them as a fee out of HER estate back.

She needs to reclaim and sell the home she bought her mother since Britney paid all of her living expenses over the last 13 years.

Lou needs to be sued for a LOT - especially all the money she used out of Britney’s estate to pay for her own litigation cases.  Also for every penny she made for acting as Britney’s business manager because we all know Britney would have never hired her.

Kevin needs to be sued for a lot of the child support back - he didn’t need that much money from Britney for TEENAGERS.  No “normal” parent gets child support like that…it’s extortion.

Britney could probably be a billionaire if she does all of this.  Mental suffering alone should get her a TON of money.

Not really. She's buying a house in near future and she'll will not get back money from cship abusers. Its impossible. Long court battles for years. For her own good she should leave it as it is and do not have anything in common with court in her life again. She should focus on herself not on money. She just needs to go to work again and rebuild her estate.

There is a 48 million dollar bond on the conservatorship, so if it's proven that they mishandled her estate or stole from her, she could claim up to that amount. But it would have to happen before the bond company is released. That's probably one of the reasons why it was important for Jamie to be suspended instead of terminating the conservatorship(apart from wanting evidence to press charges against everyone involved), because if they terminated the conservatorship the bond company would get released and any chance of Britney getting at least some of her money back would vanish.

Of course it's not going to be easy, I never said that. If it's proven that there was mismanagement or fraud, she can claim up to that amount. But how much she will get depends on the court
