Is ur area affected by heat wave? if yes, how do you deal with it?

I'm barely functioning during the day. I cant eat, I only drink liquids and I'm in all dark rooms cuz my house doesnt have AC

 

Its 39 degrees today and it feels like hell. I cant imagine how people in Italy deal with 48.8 degrees but jesus....

It is supposed to be over 90 degrees today and heat index over 100 again I think. Past few days have been like this.

I deal with it by staying inside with the AC. When I go out I obviously use the car AC. Times like these I am grateful for whoever invented the AC!

Why don't you have AC? Can you put in a window unit?

I hope cooler weather comes your way fast! Sit in a tub with cool water. Eat cold foods. Wear a wet towel around your neck and sit in front of a fan.
