Edit: I read the article and see they're tied for #2 

She moved from 3rd place to 2nd and tied Madonna. Rihanna is still number 1. It’s just that there’s 2 ladies now in the 2nd spot with 550 mill. She’s sharing the number 2 spot with Madonna.
