Thank you for the advice, people think I’m joking but this extra weight be making me depressed, I’m 19 and haven’t liked my weight for even 1 day since I was like 10, I’m not craaazy obese to the point of no return but I am like 60lbs above my ideal weight :crying1_britney_sobbing_tears_2006_sad:

 

But you’re right. I would always go on crazy diets where I wanted to be perfect and it would work for 2 days maximum and then I would end up eating it all back cause I was SO hungry. I’ve recently realized it’s best to just tone it down and eat healthier and smaller portions than try to be perfect and end up being the opposite of that, this was the affirmation I needed, thank you:sendinglove_kissing_heart_love_blowing:
