In my opinion, the best tool to combat rascism and hate is through education and promoting cultural exchange and conversations. Educate your kids from early age, make them meet other kids from different nationalities, different backgrounds.

Also the goverment should be responsible to care about people who are in disadvantage and unfair situations (that is why we pay taxes).

Private companies also have a responsibility to ensure minorities are respected, if they don't do so, push them. It worked in our company and things are happening.

Support the asian community's business, that is also important, now more than ever!
