• Adore You peaked at #6 and spent 50 weeks on the Hot 100
• Watermelon Sugar peaked at #1 and has been on the Hot 100 for 37 weeks as of now

An unproblematic artist doesn’t sound pretentious to me tbh and also he’s a British singer and we been knew the bias towards British pop in the American market and he doesn’t use payola to his benefit to increase streams, yet he has an extremely loyal fan base and 2 huge hits around the world, and in fact his songs are doing much better internationally, considering Watermelon Sugar is all over VH1, MTV and the radios (might be a surprise to y’all but non-western people still listen to the radio) . Not to mention the mad success of his 2nd album Fine Line which has sold over 3.7 million copies up to this week, he’s completely doing fine and is relevant more than ever
