Oregon is battling numerous wildfires and man-made fires that are burning thousands of acres. The fires are scattered throughout Oregon's coast and are producing "apocalyptic" scenes, with hazy, red skies spotted over Salem and the surrounding areas.

Its beyond sad how bad forest fires are getting...I still get Cali news on my phone because i lived in San Francisco for many years...this is outside Sacramento

Fires are even happening here in Tijuana and combined with the smoke from the California fires, the sky has been completely covered.

These past few weeks the weather has been extremely hot, but yesterday it was almost cold in the morning, but it was all because so much smoke was preventing the sun rays to come through. Instead of red, the sky looks all white in here.

At least ash is not falling anymore as it did on Sunday.

California skies have been a straight up mess for a few weeks now...air quality all over is just pretty bad   Reminds me of when the skies in LA were orange like this just a few years back but wow that Oregon skyline is something else...

This year is a damn mess and it makes me believe karma is ******* us all for being like 2020 wIlL bE tHe BeSt YeAr EvEr. Halloween is on a ******* Saturday and most holidays were on weekends and this **** had to happen

Thought the title was the name of some edgy metal rock band at first. Anyway, the fires here where I live have been horrible this year as well, which says a lot since I live in California where summer fires are common. 2020 is just really bad all around.
