Her last two eras have been utterly forgettable, bland.

She was lucky with the Roar album, it was music for the type of kids that became Jojo Siwa fans, then she is rebranded again with Bon Appetite era which probably lost her a load of her fan base. 

Shes been a gimmick artist from day one and without her black hair, pin up look - she is indistinguishable considering she does not have the best voice either.

To be honest, I think anything she releases at this point won't perform well chart-wise. She might need to take a step out of the limelight for a while if she wants that kind of success again.

But part of what killed Witness was her stepping out of the limelight for 4 years tho

No offense  I agree there were many positive reviews but it was outweighed by the negatives tho  Overall everyone expected a lot more from Taylor than ME! and most started wishing she went back to rep era

It was a great track. I’m not a fan of hers 

but video was great, lyrics were great, it was catchy and fit the narrative of her life . It deserved more

It's a cute pop song, nothing else. Her time is absolutely over.
Small talk is awful, Nww is basic, harleys is just boring.
She's no more than a C-List celebrity nowadays

I do feel like NRO was a missed opportunity too. I mean, it wasn't a great song, but it was definitely a Katy Perry song. Promoting more might have not made a huge difference but it would've helped a release album as it was putting her name back out there internationally.
