:airpls: what is this

Just random thoughts-

Couldn't Jamie have just signed Release of Information/HIPAA forms on behalf of Britney so Lynne would have access to her med. records??   Must not work that way with conservatorships...?

Samuel Ingham was earning $10,000 per WEEK in 2008?  I'm  Speechless.

So now Britney has a phone or computer?  She's been harassed by Sam L, so I guess so...

Lynne has not known the full extent of Britney's medical situation all these years???  I don't know what to do with that info really....

Damn Jamie's in court today too. Where is Lynne. Why haven't we gotten a pic of Lynne. She requested to see the judge today.

It's hard to believe any of the articles, or all at once, but for what I understand it's her lawyer the one that's gonna be going to the hearing, so probably he was the one that spoke to the judge too in behalf of Lynne. I don't know :idkney:

Guys, check this out

05/07/2019 Notice (Notice of State Bar of California Pro Hac Vice Application )
Filed by Attorney

Here’s the Pro Hac Vice meaning:

Pro Hac Vice

An attorney who doesn’t live, work or conduct regular business in California can petition the court to represent his or her client under a title called “pro hac vice.” That is a Latin term that means "for this occasion."

Lawyers licensed in another state must formally petition a California court for permission to appear on behalf of a client on a particular case.

Great question. We don't know about the details of Jamie and Lynne's relationship.

If you look at the timeline, Brtiney's been booked every year since the c-ship was put in place. I think the perfect time to fight it is now.

Although she wasn't that busy in 2010, it was too soon. Like I've written multiple times before, with corrupt judges like Aviva K. Bobb and Reva Goetz on Britney's case it would've been impossible to fight the conservatorship. Also, having a court-appointed attorney was never in Britney's favor.

"The role of a judge during a hearing depends on whether or not a jury is present. In most serious criminal cases, a jury is present and thus it is the trier of fact, meaning that the jury looks at the evidence presented to the court and determines what actually happened and whether or not the defendant is guilty. The judge is the trier of law, meaning he or she ensures that everything happening in the courtroom follows the rules set down by the law. If a jury is not present in a court case, the judge becomes both the trier of fact and the trier of law."

The only thing these judges cared about was money.

Usually conservatorships go through civil courts and almost always without a jury.  (In some states a jury trial of 6 jurers can be requested.) A probate court is nothing like a criminal court unfortunately, and it seems grossly unfair that people can be put under a conservatorship without the high standard of proof required in criminal courts.   These are courts of opinion and judgement as to what is best for a person and our most fundamental rights can be removed by these courts in proceedings that can be as brief as 15 minutes.
