Britney literally said on stage that her boyfriend at the time cheated on her and she allegedly wrote ‘Just Like Me’ about him.  And as far as I can remember, his rep never actually denied that he cheated; he just said some bullshit about David loving Britney.

Me either, but I didn't want to claim it was new; I did that once bc Twitter implied it was and found out it was old, so no repeats there. But my God, who told her vests were a weakness of mine. :wendycry: Such a cute outfit.

That is what i really hope, that this case, thiis situation will bring attention to the conservatorship law and situation, see debates and testimonials . I don't know if you've seen it but here is a trailer an investigate documentary .

We can't assure that her team "is evil" and other things that are just assumptions, but there are many things that are very clear, that have evidence out there, but if we're just gonna take that video as the only official proof I think it gets refuted by her physical appearance that doesn't match the current candids and makes me believe it was taken when she first entered the facility and not 28 days later, or the fact that she's clearly lying/acting with the constant blinking and body language in general. 

 

But independently of what happened with her stay at the facility, and EVEN if she's somehow now convinced that being in a conservatorship is ok, it is not, and whether is for the benefit of her conservator or team, or in some twisted way, for her own benefit (doubt so) it's clearly an abuse of the laws and system and should be investigated. 

I agree that we can't assume that her team is evil.  However, we can assume that she can be ordered not to speak about her case publicly, and that her family can be ordered not to discuss it either.  it's very common in these courts to place gag - orders on people close to the  case.  That's how many conservators work.  If gag orders in these cases are disobeyed, the court can hold the person in contempt of court, subject them to financial sanctions, or even be put in jail.  I know of one case in which a daughter kept speaking out on behalf of her father and was then put in jail for three years.  She's out now, her father died.   His home and all of his assets were used to pay for the "services" of a conservatorship that he didn't need or want. All of his "protectors" could charge his account until the balance went down to zero. Talk about a rip-off.  During the exploitation he was put in a substandard nursing home and drugged to keep him calm.   T

who knows, I wouldn't take a bullet for him or something lol and maybe he did cheat on her, but tbh, how would she even find out that he cheated if she's not allowed to go anywhere, and I doubt he would confess "BriTnEy I cHeaTed oN yOu" who knows :whatitellu: But it seems more to me like someone must have "confirmed" to her that he cheated. 

Edit: actually it was, you guessed it, TMZ who confirmed the existence of a video where he's allegedly kissing a woman. Even if he was set up, well, he shouldn't have fallen.

Conveniently though 

Jamie allegedly forked out a 'substantial amount' for the clip of David canoodling with another woman in order to prevent the footage from being leaked publicly.

It is not known whether another copy of the video has been made but Jamie will allegedly sue for copyright infringement if anyone posts or publishes the clip.

TMZ :well: was, as I recall, reporting on alleged *** tape or some kind of recording with David, which was taken as a proof of infidelity

you're within your right to think that but more so it just isn't a community that has thrived on tabloid culture and has done well to avoid it over the past decade. it isn't a fan site and didn't start it's life as one, it has never been a gossip blog and the majority of members aren't there to discuss to intricate details of musician's lives but rather what they deliver through their music, videos, touring, etc.
