I don't think I know the full story behind what happened that night?

All I know is, it is hard for me to even look at that photos from that night of her in that black shirt/dress and the way she looked like she was acting in those pics.

 she probably was passed out drunk at least at one point. They also said she didn't puke in Issac Cohen's lap and that it was just peanut butter. Another fan site said her dinner leftovers had spilled all over the car. Idk

No one knows, but the magazines said she passed out from drinking too much. Which I decided to call BS on back then, she did look like she enjoyed herself and she has good people around her still at this time(mangement and her old dancers that she hung out with a lot). Obviously she was going through a rough time but this was in the middle of the "omg she's partying every night" rage against her, so the media would of course say she went outta control this night as well.

she looked amazing i loved her hair/makeup/outfit that night. she was seen sipping champagne and then there are pics of her looking drunk but they could have been just bad pics. also - who gives a **** if she was drunk on NYE at a club? most people are. she didn't seem irresponsible or out of control or anything. nbd.
