Yes thank-you for reiterating. It's the first thing I saw when I started watching the video I was like "oh I wonder why she is releasing the PS video first" because one would have the tendency to think that with all the PS promo on Instagram, the current Make Me video is and was the actual PS video IMO. The entire thing. The concept. The visuals. All of the ideas point towards an unfinished PS video and I think it was tbh 
 

Also, Britney totally did want to release PS as a single IMO. She was literally shooting a video for it and then we all know what happened, so she was just like "oh, why don't we use this other video for MM"
