At the time rock (not like I Love Rock N' Roll, true rock) Don't Keep Me Waiting is good, in todays days something like Amy Winehouse, jazz/soul but mainstream.

Also alternative vibe like "Ray Of Light", but I think she's already done that with "Invitation", "Man On The Moon" and "Swimming In The Stars", I like what she/they did with those songs, it's the perfect mix between maturity and "pop Britney" music.
