Haven't we determined TMZ has a certain.... bias .....against Britney and for Jamie? Why are we all suddenly acting like they are speaking gospel?

As a practicing attorney, and one who has firsthand knowledge of the kind of shark Rosengart can be, this narrative that Britney was forced into a settlement and is furious, makes no sense. Rosengart couldn't settle the case without Britney's express consent. There are a multitude of reasons that cases settle, and here we are only privy to certain details. I have represented plenty of Plaintiffs who would rather settle despite my professional opinion because they do not want to attend or be involved with court proceedings that drag out for years. Isn't it interesting that TMZ (Jamie's source) broke the news first, thereby making it seem like the attorney that Britney VOLUNTARILY CHOSE (cough bye Ingham cough) screwed her over, giving the impression that Britney is not capable of making coherent decisions?

Attorney client privilege is a real thing, and Rosengart isn't the type to publicize the considerations that went into Britney's decision to settle. Yet Jamie continues to play the same dirty game as always, leaking info to TMZ to make it seem like a huge victory when in reality Britney probably figured her peace of mind was more important than continuing to fight her loser dad in court. At this point, with all the money already stolen from her, this is probably a drop in the bucket to get Jamie to finally hobble away on his remaining leg out of Britney's life.
