Anyways yeah I heard she got a nose job in 2000 cause if you look at pics before that,

her nose was bigger.

I'd say she was here really slim, because in 2006 she had "old" nose.

She's had two nose jobs. The alar scarring is visible in some pics from 2000 

She had another surgery around 2011-12 as her nose became pointy

Yeah I think she had another one but in like 2013 cause in the Britney era,

she had a much thinner nose.

Honestly she should've left her nose alone after the first nose job, it was perfect.

I go back and forth on the “first” rhinoplasty.. but I think it’s likely she had her first one somewhere between 98/99.

The second one was 2014, where they straightened out the bridge - she had her “old” nose during the Britney Jean promotion, it was that set of candids early 2014 with her smoking that the difference was pretty obvious.
