Is it like a pill or is it like a shot? I know one time it was suggested to me by a doctor that this one medication that people took for diabetes, people started taking for weight loss.

The thing was you take it as a shot into the stomach and I remember it was hella expensive.

This was a few years ago though so idk if this is different from that.

No worries. I don’t have a specific number in mind but I became a dad two years ago and I want to be more active and healthy for my kids sake. It’s helped a lot with my self esteem, I feel better overall, and my sleep apnea has improved (which is major because it can lead to heart health issues that run in my family). I don’t know for how much longer I’ll keep going to be honest. The most significant drawback is cost. Are you considering it?

Yes it’s most commonly taken as a shot once a week but in some countries it’s available as a daily pill. It can definitely be quite expensive if you’re not diabetic and depending on your insurance situation or can vary a lot.

Btw I know how scary this sounds because it was my main reason for not doing it sooner but it’s really easy and not gross and you quickly get used to it.
