Why did Britney never use pre-recorded vocals ? ?

Back in the early 00s, Britney had like the biggest budget out of all her peers, could've easily used pre-recorded vocals. Why stick to album vocals?

Her team could have effortlessly created convincing pre-recorded vocals if they had wanted to. It's sad how they consistently relied on the album vocals instead

Speaking of lip-syncing, Hilary Duff was known for doing it in a majority of her performances throughout the 2000s. No joke, like 95% of Hilary Duff performances were lipped but she always recorded alternate versions of her songs exclusively for TV promotions. There are very few instances of her singing live until around 2015.

Britney did use pre recorded vocals early on in her career. I believe she stopped around 2004.

yeah she did use some pre-recorded voxals on the oops tour and also femme fatale tour and some live performances 

but sadly all her biggest/most iconic/well known performances all used album vocals

I'm pretty sure she used pre-recorded vocals during some performances on the Oops tour to give the illusion she was singing live.

+some promo performances during ITZ 

Maybe she rarely did it cause her schedule was insane so recording 15+songs for a tour would be tough or she didn't think it was necessary and thought people didn't understand she lipped

When I saw her DWAD Tour back in June 2002, Oops was 96% live mixed with some of the album vocals…

What she could’ve done was during rehearsals, they could’ve recorded her vocals and use that. But hearing her beneath the track can be such a gift

The fact is that they could use dry vocals or create alternate version from unused vocal attempts she recorded while studio track.

She sung BTMYH live while Oops tour until the useless and stupid part when they turned it into some tango and then it was playback.

Yea Jlo and Janet imo are queens of pre recorded. 
 

snd yea oops and FFT sounded live when you were there because of the prerecorded vocals (oops especially cause she did more audience interaction). Definirely should have continued that

Why bother doing that when fans would come and spend money to see her regardless? She could sit on stage, pick her nose and read a book and fans will still buy tickets to see her.

Well, honestly, I think people would be less harsh on her if she actually used pre-recorded vocals that sound realistic and convincing. But then again, look at JLo. She never sings live, it's always pre-recorded, and nobody really blames her for it. It's like she gets a pass or something.

She did on the Oops and Femme Fatale Tour. I'm not really sure why she didn't for her other tours but I would say a few possible reasons are that a) her team are notoriously lazy as **** b) using the original recording could result in more royalties and ultimately her team care most about profit. Britney has said that she was desperate to make new versions of her songs for POM and begged to do so but was told no, so we know it wasn't her decision but of course for years she took all the flack for it
