do y’all remember when Eardley brought Britney’s case to the court of appeal and for some reason it stalled the CON case…it thwarted Team Jamie from being able to fully takeover the CON bc they had to settle the Higher Court’s case first?

A Deposition is like a pre-trial testimony without a judge so it's very nerve-wrecking anyway let alone when it's about your abuse. I also have extreme anxiety so I was fighting a "panic" attack. At least my abuser wasn't in the room. It felt like he was there though.

Yes she'll be able to have her lawyer there. Definitely. Doesn't make it less uncomfortable though. At least to me.  But I barely knew my lawyer.
