"My prerogative"is so true about Britney. Listen to it after listening to Britney's speech!

So last night after listening to Britney's speech on YouTube I went to smoke and I was listening to music on my phone and then "My prerogative"started to play.

Damn...this song after 18 years hits so hard.

I know it's not original Britney's song. It's a cover of Bobby Brown but damn...This song is so freaking about Britney and her life.

 

And her true!!!

 

I really recommend you guys to just play it. And when she sings "my sister". It hits so hard.

"People can take take everything from you. But they can't take away your truth. But can you handle mine?"

It hits so so so hard. Especially,if you listen to it after her recent true.

If ever Britney returns to stage damn she should perform that song as her opening.

 

And the fact that this song is not appreciated enough.

People Stan Toxic and other songs but this is real Britney. In 2004 she really showed her power and truth with that song and then Do Something.

The most underappreciated era of Britney's career.

The era of her truth. Being herself. Speaking her mind.

2022 is new 2004.

 

It's her prerogative! And we ain't no ready to handle her truth but we are ready to hear it.

I love that music video ! Only shame K-Fed is there. But it was Britney's way of saying she doesn't give a **** about what people say about him. That she loves him. She decided to be with him. And it's her prerogative.

And it's a shame it has only 44 million views on YouTube. When in my opinion it's her best music video.

 

Music video she had control over. It was called the best music video of 2004.

it's one of her best and you're right, it's VERY underrated and it tells her whole story
