Well guys, first stop listenning or buying on bad quality sound services. You should use Qobuz if you want clear HD music. The sound is exactly the same on my Qobuz wma lossless as in the demo, the only things that changed are the solo verse of Britney and ad-libs.

YouTube has AAC 256, same as Apple Music

Apple Music is lossless, thus it plays the wave file delivered by the master engineer. In this case is 48kHz, 24 bit. The more the kHz the more snapshots for seconds of the waveform. The bit refers to the dynamic range. CD standard is 44.1 kHz and 16 bit. In this case is more because the industry is changing slowly the standards towards more “HQ” music. Nothing compared to the over compressed YouTube/Spotify sound.

Apple Music, tho, has also the Dolby Atmos version. Dolby Atmos is a new surround format where you mix sound as an object. 
If you don’t have a Dolby Atmos HT, it’s kinda pointless to have it activated with the headphones (even tho apple is pushing to making you listen to like this). The master file is different, the LUFS standard are different (the perception of loudness). If you wanna listen to the stereo version, go on settings, music, and turn off Dolby Atmos on apple devices. You’ll hear the difference immediately (louder, and the stereo master file).

If you wanna listen to a song like it was mastered in the studio, use Apple Music. Remember to turn on Lossless Audio, in the music settings.

After listening to the youtube and itunes version back to back on a stereo, it definitely seems Brits vocals are slightly clearer and louder. But it is very slight. It’s most noticeable during the chorus.
