But Heather thinks the dancers should have been paid to audition, so it's really hard to believe someone as delusional as her. There are people who have had three or more rounds of interviews and still get rejected. It happens quite often, that's just how it works, no one gets paid until they land a job and start working. Perhaps she is exaggerating what really happened just for the clout. 

i just watched the clip and heather says "they are not getting paid" i think that's different from 'the should be paid'

Yeah! She meant it like... you don't get paid to do those lengthy interviews and so, if you were going to discriminate someone because of their astrological sign, it would have been thoughtful if they didn't waste their time in the first place. They could have done... X y z instead.

I heard somewhere that she´s nice only in front of camera but a big mean in real life.
