I also don't believe the con's veiled  defence of "court approved it all" is such a big deal. 

Courts can overrule what was previously ruled. Happens. Rosengart CAN pull out the big guns showing the illegality of it all.

AND i don't agree with those who say it was all legal. I read all the laws and handbooks and court docs last year in detail
