The song's tempo would've been too slow for pop radio in 2008/9 imo. Back then almost every hit was a dance song or high-tempo pop song, and Blur was too mid-tempo.

So maybe the opposite is true? and it could surprise the charts by standing out from all the high-tempo. Who knows...
