Ok so the choreographer is RJ Durrell (he is the guy dancing with Britney in the VMA/stand in dancer in video above). He also choreographed Madonna's Erotica for the Confessions Tour, which is EPIC!!! There is a video somewhere of his submission to Madonna before he was selected, it was actually going to be for Deeper and Deeper instead of Erotica.

Originally, he was just going to choreograph and direct the routine with Flores, and another dancer was going to share the stage with Spears. But after many rehearsals, Spears wanted to dance with Durell. 

“She just said, ‘I’m just so confident dancing with you, will you do it?’ And he said yes,” Lynda Durell said. “And he is a fabulous partner.”  '
