Your life is beyond meaningful and your identity is not defined by the lack of love and care your family failed to give you. ***** and alcohol won't numb the pain, they might give you the illusion that they are numbing the pain, but in reality they just bring more depression, more struggling and harder problems to get out of. Your life has purpose and meaning, and your present condition DOES NOT define your life and DOES NOT define your worth and DOES NOT define your future. Don't let them continue to abuse you, whether that's with them physically present or from afar. I do not care what mistakes you made, you are not defined by your mistakes. Whatever you did, forgive yourself and learn from it, but do not let their unforgiveness continue to dictate your steps and your life. Thank u for your kind words.... I'm shocked.... I know we have had differences in the past with my posts I know I can be a attention heaux but this post really means so much!! I'm crying because it's sad how Strangers from the internet have more sympathy that ur own family!!!!!!!! God bless ur heart for this....

Poor Britney, anyone who had that sort of traumatic experience would benefit from therapy, not because they are weak but because they are human and everyone needs a little help sometimes. Therapy is not a negative thing, the world would be a better place if people dealt with their issues and understood their psyche better.
