probably Robin was always stuck to her telling her how expensive that would be, or how time consuming it would be or something like "you went to the spa 7 years ago, you wanna go AGAIN??"

I hope this is healing for her. It must be so strange to go back to Vegas, a place that I'm sure has lots of bad memories and experiences for her. Now she is being treated like the queen she is and how she always should have been!
