what is even the technicalities of that? I don't know the US law, but how can a media outlet, or anyone for that matter, be sued by reporting what someone else said? 

Or would it fall in defamation because Britney already deleted the post (though there's evidence that she did)

 

And even in Britney's case, how could she be sued, if that's her opinion? 

 

Anyways, at least with the parts they didn't want redacted they confirmed Jamie would do anything for them, not that we didn't know that

Britney is unlikely to be sued given the discovery that awaits. Lou responding is also a response of her not cooperating with the courts. By contrast, a forum discussing claims about someone cannot technically count as defamation, which would be the only claim Lou Taylor could make. As we have seen before however, all Lou does is use fear tactics. She has no validity to her claims.

Actually it is a bully tactic @Jordan Miller . They cannot sue BreatheHeavy anymore than they can sue Twitter or Facebook for user content.

She cannot succeed at suing Jordan when she is the subject of discovery. She can only send cease and desists.

^^ thisss is the question. I don’t understand the basis for a cease and desist…Britney said she was locked up and Robin and Lou were trying to kill her. How is repeating this defamatory?
