But no cover would ever be able salvage that album

Gaga has terrible album covers, but that image this artist created is awful. It just looks bad, but most importantly it's SO phallic that is laughable considering he tries to be so outside the norm. That's just outrageous and tasteless. Also, it has nothing to do with Gaga, which speaks terribly of him because it means he doesn't know how to collaborate or listen to a client.
