Came here to ask this. It’s clear they haven’t listened to the (illegally recorded) audio. Not know Penny was female, speaking after Vivian saying she has not applied to terminate when we know she was never informed, etc. 

 

btw maybe she was just being sassy but I’m upset she apologized for “being ignorant” about that, she should have blasted her lawyer for not being adequately informed.
