In the Just premiered episode of Just roll with it, season 2 episode 8 Shayna Pennsylvania, did nothing but drag Miley Cyrus and Hannah montana..

 

The 15 year old actress who plays Blair is dressed in a blond wig aka Hannah montana and named Shayna Pennsylvania and Jason Earles who played Miley's brother went with the dragging.
