About the exhale bank...

I really don’t understand how it works? I mean, it’s legit saying it’s my interest status that 

“The next interest payout date is June 17, 2020
You will gain 0% interest per month”

So can somebody please explain me how the exhale bank “works”?
like deposits, withdraws? How does that work?

Also below in my deposit bar,  it’s saying: 

• There is a 0% charge to deposit Points 
  

So if I want to withdraw like 200 points it’s saying that I don’t “have the minimum 10 points to do so”

But I have 12,318 points in my hand

Somebody who understands how the Exhale bank works...please explain it to me

Edit: so rn, I have understood that deposit is sending some points to bank to be kept “safely” and for withdrawal, taking back the points that I have “deposited”. So what does the other mean?

Edit 2: what is exhales biggest contributors thing?
