Miley Cyrus' manager is Adam Leber right now. But, in the Bangerz era, Larry was working with her, I guess. He even gave interviews about her.

I never thought Larry could've had something to do with that, but maybe they tried to build a comeback story with Miley? Have her get her Blackout moment in Bangerz and then have her come back for her Circus moment in Younger Now. Problem is Britney's Blackout was organic and it was panned in its day, then the promotional circle around Circus was well done

I don't know if he was THAT involved in Miley's career. But there were comparisions between Britney and Miley back in the day. Miley started hating on Hannah Montana around 2010 or something and she wanted to get out of Disney, who could blame her?

Then, she flopped hard with CBT (the album was good tho, but she was rebelling against someone, remember 'Robot'). With Bangerz, she came back to be in the spotlight. All the rebellious, oversexual and weird behaviour was a combination of marketing and a bad time. I don't know who was the responsable of that era, but it's curious. It's the typical story of the disney pop star who becomes rebel against the industry and start the rebel era. Miley seems to be in a good place now tho.
